how to apply for international students.

   Applying to study with us is very simple . And it could change your life.
As soon as you are admitted to TVC, the International Student Services will guide you through the process of coming to Toronto, Canada for your studies. The counsellors can help answer any questions you may have about your studies, housing, student life or life in Toronto.
It is important to ensure that you meet the eligibility requirements for the chosen program, submit your application before the deadlines and submit all required documents.

  1. Download the application form here.
  2.  Print and fill the form with the relevant information.
  3.  Pay student’s admission fees Upload and email a copy of the admission form to [email protected] /[email protected] alongside your certificates, other supporting documents and the receipt for student’s admission fee.(note: only applicants who have paid their admission fees shall be considered).
  4.  If selected, the school shall send you a confirmation message and an invoice for tuition payment.
  5. Once your tuition is paid, scan an email the receipt to [email protected] using your admission number as email subject.
  6. Upon confirmation, TVC will send an admission and invitation letter to the student to aid in visa application process.
  7. In case a student fails to secure a visa to Canada,(which rarely happens) TVC is obliged by law to refund the entire school fee to the applicant.  In case of any questions , kindly refer to the FAQ page.

UNDERGRADUATE STUDIES
Admission on the basis of relevant experience
Passport Copy
Copy of your most recent Past education certificate (duly certified)
Non-refundable fee of $80 payable by a cheque, by credit card, or Western Union, or in cash, and upload the receipt when submitting your
Duly completed application form
Copy of your birth certificate

GRADUATE AND POSTGRADUATE STUDIES
Non-refundable fee of $80 payable by a cheque, by credit card, or Western Union, or in cash, and upload the receipt when submitting your
Duly completed application form
Copy of the official transcript of the completed program (from the bachelor’s degree, if applying for the graduate program, and from the master’s degree, if applying for the doctoral program)
Copy of your birth certificate
An essay of at least three hundred (300) words, in which you describe your achievements and explain why you are applying to the program
Three evaluation reports, which must be sent to TVC as soon as possible (Download form uqat.ca/evaluationreport);
